Chapter 464 - 466: Super Mom’s Grand Finale (Part 7)
Jared Woods was full of confidence. "As long as Aunt Kenway cooks for me, I’ll give her all my allowance! And I have a lot of allowance!"
He spread his arms wide to show just how much. "This, this much!!"
"Alright, alright. Last question: if you could say one thing to your mom, what would it be?"
"To stop being so mean to me. Pulling my ear in front of everyone is really embarrassing in front of the other kids! And also, for her to stop wearing those super-high heels. She’s always twisting her ankle, and I want her to be healthy."
[Hahaha, Jared Woods has been completely won over by Nina’s cooking!]
[Even though his wording is a little awkward, you can tell Jared really cares about his mom.]
...
When Jared Woods was told he could leave, he seemed a bit dazed. "I can go? Mister, don’t forget what I just said. You have to invite Aunt Kenway to my house to cook for me."

After her interview, Naomi Kenway waited outside the room with Ethan Shaw. A moment later, Ian ran out and jumped into her arms.
"The room was so dark! Ian likes being with Mommy more!"
The other guests began to arrive, and the first thing they did was go into the room for their interviews.
"Hello, Ms. Preston. Please, have a seat."
Ruby Preston sat down. "Hello."
"After this long journey over so many episodes, what would you say has been your biggest takeaway?"
"My growing bond with my son. I remember saying before—and I think everyone could see from the show—that my son and I were very distant. That had a lot to do with my busy work schedule. This show gave Sean and me more opportunities to spend time together and get to know each other. We’re much closer now, and I think that’s the greatest thing I’ve gained."
"Okay, second question. How would you describe Sean?"
Ruby Preston couldn’t help but smile. "Before the show, I would have told you that Sean is a very independent, mature, responsible, and outstanding kid. But now, I’d say he’s a child who has trouble expressing himself and who craves companionship."
She paused and sighed. "I’ve really failed in that respect. From now on, I will definitely make more time to be there for Sean as he grows up. The one thing that hasn’t changed is my opinion of him: Sean is an outstanding child. I’ve always thought so."
"And for our final question, Ms. Preston, is there anything you’d like to say to Sean?"
Tears welled up in Ruby Preston’s eyes. She choked back a sob. "Son, Mommy is so sorry. I neglected you. From now on, Mommy will definitely make more time to be with you..."

Next, Simon Sawyer’s interview began.
"Hi, Sean. I’m going to ask you a few questions now. There’s no need to be nervous, just relax."
Simon Sawyer was as composed as ever. He said, "Go ahead, Mister."
"What do you feel is the biggest thing you’ve gained from being on our show?"
"Um... a lot of things. But if I had to say the biggest, it would probably be getting to spend so much time with my mom."
"So you really like spending time with your mom?"
Simon Sawyer gave an awkward nod. "I know I’m a big kid now and I shouldn’t be so clingy and get in the way of her work, but... I really like being with my mom. Her job is so busy, and I wish..."
He trailed off, his voice a little sullen. "Is that too selfish of me? She and Dad have their own work, but I just want to keep them at home with me."
The interviewer quickly corrected his line of thinking. "No, that’s not selfish at all. You love your mom and dad, and they love you too. They wouldn’t see it as a burden. What you need to do, Sean, is try to tell your parents what you’re thinking more often, okay?"
Simon Sawyer remembered that Aunt Kenway had given him similar advice once. He nodded, as if he was truly taking it to heart.
"If you could say one thing to your mom, what would you want to say most, Sean?"
Simon Sawyer froze for a few seconds, his fists clenching with indecision. He lifted his head, looked boldly at the camera, and said, "Mom, I love you so much. I hope you can spare a little more time for me. Just a little is enough."

Soon, it was Margaret Jennings’s turn for her interview.
"Ms. Jennings, what has been your biggest impression of our show?"
"Hmm..." Margaret Jennings thought for a moment. "I think it’s been a very unique experience. I’ve gotten to travel to so many places with Carina and meet so many new friends. I’m really enjoying the process."
"Has your relationship with Carina changed at all over the course of the show?"
"Yes, I think we’re much closer than before."
"And one last question, is there anything you’d like to say to Carina?"
Margaret Jennings adjusted her collar, smiling fondly at the camera. "My darling daughter, you are Mommy’s little princess, my sweet girl. Mommy will love you forever."
*
"Hello, Carina."
Still in her princess dress, Carina Sanders waved gracefully. "Hello, miss!"
"Carina, what’s been your favorite part about being on the show?"
Carina Sanders counted them off on her fingers. "Lots of things! I feel like Mommy spends more time with me, and also, there’s Ian! He’s so cute and nice, and I love playing with him. I hope we’ll be friends forever!"
"Okay, second question. Is there anything you’d like to say to your mom, Carina?"
Carina Sanders looked up and said earnestly, "Mommy, you have to stay with Carina forever! When Carina grows up, I’ll take you and Daddy to travel the world! Our family has to stay together forever!"
"Last question. What’s the most memorable thing that’s happened on the show for you, Carina?"
Carina Sanders giggled, covering her mouth. "I remember! I remember back in the first episode, we were all looking for ingredients, and all the eggs in my basket broke. Ian gave me his eggs. I’ve been thinking about it ever since. Ian must be a little angel!"

Since Victoria Vance’s family was the last to arrive, she and her son were the last guests to be interviewed.
"Hello, Ms. Vance. I’m going to ask you a few questions now, so just relax."
Victoria Vance smiled and waved a hand. "I’m feeling great. Go ahead and ask."
"I heard you’ve never filmed a variety show before, Ms. Vance. What made you decide to accept our invitation to join the show?"
"Because I noticed Mona was often asking me to pull up the ’Super Mom’ livestream for him to watch. He said he really missed his friends and the other ’aunts’ from the show. That’s when I thought about bringing him back. It felt like a way to bring things full circle."
